"Tony did a very good job. I was nicely surprised seeing how much he cared about the work he was doing for us. He was extremely helpful. First, when he came , we told him that we were on a budget and we were trying to decide the best way of sticking to it. He brought us many catalogues and browsed websites with us to help us make the best choice for the lowest possible price. He was also very helpful with equipment deliveries, picking stuff up for us and making sure that all things that arrived were in good condition and not damaged. I would describe Tony as a perfectionist - in a good way! He always made sure that his finish was of the best quality possible. He was always discussing options with us and I was happy to listen to his advice because he was very professional and it was obvious that he had a huge knowledge about what he does. Brilliant. The best workman ever".

"The project included a full refit of the cloakroom, main bathroom and ensuite. The main bathroom was turned into a wet-room which included replacing the floor and water-proofing the wet room, a 3 bar pump feeds the two showers and all three rooms have been tiled to the ceiling. The standard of workmanship is exceptional and completed to a high standard, other points to note replacement of hot water cylinder, installation of ipod docking station and speakers in ceilings of wet room and ensuite.

We were on holiday when he did the master bedroom and came back to find the job completed which included plastering and putting up coving. He even left us some bread and milk! He always leaves the site clean and tidy. Estimates are accurate and if there are any unforeseen problems he will discuss them with you. Each invoice will come with documented receipts and he always charges materials at cost.

Our bathroom required a complete, back to bare walls refit and we (actually my wife) made the job more complex than it should have been by buying a massive new quadrant shower without giving any thought to joist locations and so on. The project could easily have been a disaster and an expensive one at that.
If you invite TB renovations to provide a quotation for your project, expect to receive a very concise and accurate assessment of your needs and expectations down to the last screw. If you accept the quotation be prepared for all of the following:
· A correctly prepared FMB Domestic Contract for Minor Building Work;
· A detailed schedule of what is going to be done, by whom and when;
· Daily written updates of expenditure (if any);
· The knowledge that your home is being properly respected when you are at work;
· Warm and charming conversation when you are at home;
· The work area left absolutely spotless at the end of each day;
· A first class finish with incredible attention to detail;
· …..and a new friend.
We have no hesitation in recommending TB Renovations and there is no question that we would delay any future project to suit their diary, rather than use anyone else.
