We are always happy to provide quotations on a labour and materials or a labour only basis.

Labour and Materials

We are responsible for the provision of all materials and all labour. The availability of materials, delivery to site, suitability for the job
is fairly and squarely down to us. If products are on extended lead times, we will advise you. Under normal circumstances,
T B Renovations fund all materials and include the associated costs on invoices when the contract is completed (or
as otherwise agreed in writing).

Labour only

We provide the labour using materials provided by you. It has to be understood that if materials are provided by you,
T B Renovations do not fund the cost of materials nor are we responsible for delivery or suitability for purpose. If
delays are incurred due to materials supplied by you (for whatever reason), it is likely additional costs will be added to the
contract.
